Professional experience

Tracy has had a varied and fulfilling career in policing, where, as a senior leader, she benefitted from world class leadership training and development, and utilised these skills leading teams in crime investigation, community safety, organisational development and transformational change. Two changes of career enabled Tracy to identify her transferrable skills, and employ those firstly in the role of Programme Director of multi-million pound change programmes, and latterly in designing, establishing and leading a brand new Change Management function in a respected Higher Education institution.

When you attend a coaching session, workshop or training event with Tracy, you are drawing on the learning from years of practical experience in day to day leadership, and the delivery of large scale strategic and transformational change, supported by extensive research. Tracy is passionate about lifelong learning and continuing personal and professional development.
